Small jobs have to be performed time and again to maintain a beautiful garden. If twigs have grown back and have to be pruned using a hand secateur, this can quickly become tiring or even make your wrists ache. This problem is solved by the Ciso: the world's first secateur with integrated lithium-ion battery. It cuts through branches or twigs up to a diameter of 14 millimeters smoothly and cleanly "at the push of a button". The Ciso is an ideal tool for maintaining flowers, bushes and even fruit trees.

The innovative switch system on the secateur enables quick work: one cut per second. All the gardener has to do is release the trigger switch from the parked position and the tool is ready for use. The "Power Blade System" enables an excellent and safe cutting result. For maximum safety, the cutting system comprises a guiding blade without sharp edges and a moving blade positioned further back. A safety switch prevents unintentional cuts. To replace the cutting system, all you have to do is undo a screw.

The Ciso is small and lightweight thanks to its integrated 3.6V lithium-ion battery with 1.3 Ah. The tool weighs only 590 grams. Thanks to its compact design, the gardening enthusiast can easily reach even hidden twigs with this cordless secateur. The ergonomic handle protects hand, arm and shoulder muscles and makes work convenient.

Handling the battery of the secateur is as easy as on a cellphone. This is because it has all the advantages of the lithium-ion technology: in addition to high energy density, it has hardly any self-discharge and does not have memory effect. So the Ciso is ready for use, even if it has not been used for lengthy periods of time, and it can be charged in any state without damaging the battery.

The charging station fully recharges a flat battery within five hours. Once the battery of the secateur is fully charged, it provides enough energy for 500 cuts on average with twigs or branches with a diameter of nine millimeters. Thanks to the Bosch "Electronic Cell Protection" (ECP) technology, the lithium-ion battery of the Ciso has a particularly long life and can withstand about 700 charge cycles without being damaged.
